Financial literacy is an essential skill that students must possess in managing personal finances effectively and wisely. This study aims to examine financial literacy among students of the Diploma III Hospital Administration Study Program through a literature review method. The review was conducted by analyzing recent scientific articles published within the last five years discussing financial behavior, financial management, and factors influencing students’ financial literacy. The findings indicate that financial literacy significantly affects students’ ability to manage budgets, control consumptive behavior, and improve financial well-being. Therefore, financial literacy education and reinforcement are necessary to prepare students for economic challenges and future professional careers.
