<p><em>Digital literacy has become an essential skill for students of the Diploma III Hospital Administration Study Program in facing the development of information technology in the health sector. This study aims to describe the importance of digital literacy and literature searching skills in supporting student learning processes. The method used was a literature review by analyzing various scientific journals and related references published within the last five years. The results showed that digital literacy skills help students access, evaluate, and utilize scientific information effectively while supporting evidence-based decision making. <p><em>Cultural literacy is an essential competency that must be possessed by students of the Diploma III Hospital Administration Study Program in dealing with cultural diversity within healthcare services. This article aims to examine the importance of cultural literacy among students through a literature review method using scientific references from the last five years. The results of the study indicate that cultural literacy plays a significant role in improving communication skills, tolerance, empathy, and humane healthcare administrative services. In addition, cultural literacy is closely related to students’ ability to utilize digital literacy wisely in the modern era. <p><em>Financial literacy is an essential skill that students must possess in managing personal finances effectively and wisely. This study aims to examine financial literacy among students of the Diploma III Hospital Administration Study Program through a literature review method. The review was conducted by analyzing recent scientific articles published within the last five years discussing financial behavior, financial management, and factors influencing students’ financial literacy. The findings indicate that financial literacy significantly affects students’ ability to manage budgets, control consumptive behavior, and improve financial well-being. <p><em>Citizenship literacy is an essential competence for students in understanding rights, responsibilities, democratic values, and social responsibility. This study aimed to examine citizenship literacy among Diploma III Hospital Administration students using a literature review method. The literature sources were obtained from national and international journals published between 2020 and 2025 discussing civic literacy, citizenship education, and students’ digital literacy. The findings indicate that citizenship literacy contributes to improving critical thinking skills, public service ethics, legal awareness, and students’ social participation. <p><em>Media literacy is an essential competency for students of the Diploma III Hospital Administration Study Program in facing the rapid development of digital technology in the healthcare sector. This article aims to examine the level of students’ media literacy and the factors influencing it through a literature review method. The literature sources were obtained from scientific journals and academic publications published within the last five years related to media literacy and health administration education. The findings indicate that students have fairly good skills in using digital media, but they still need improvement in critical analysis and information evaluation abilities.
